A friend of mine (C++ developer, 3.2 yoe) has received an offer from L&T for a contract role (payroll - Syncortex) in Bangalore. The project is for Philips, and HR has stated the role may transition to permanent after three months, with confirmation via email.
Currently, my friend is a permanent employee in Kochi but wants to move to Bangalore. However, the contract aspect raises concerns.
Any advice on evaluating this opportunity would be appreciated. L&T Technology Services

But somehow I get schedule cancellation e-mail on or before Tuesday & the process continues from last 1.5 months
