So I'm the only black advisor in my office and I feel so out of place. I walk into meeting early and people won't notice I'm there and everyone wears really expensive shoes and clothes. They all have their cliques and then there's just me.

Im sure people have seen the anti-Asian violence that’s gone on in the US. I have several colleagues who are Asian American that I’ve been friendly with for many years (in some cases over a decade). I know that at least some are extremely nervous about things right now. Have people in similar situations said anything to their colleagues? I’m not a very sensitive person and am really not good at this type of thing, but I really want them to know we see what’s going on. Any thoughts appreciated.

I recently joined a small-sized product based company.I have not been able to get along with my manager. One of my staff is quitting. I'm secretly so happy because he is really bad at being an auditor. I don't have to answer the same question 8 times a week, re-do all the work he did after 3 rounds of feedback and hours of coaching, and have time to actually get the my own work done.

I’m a new CSM (9 months) and I work at a company that doesn’t invest much in its CSM team. I’ve been struggling because as time goes on I feel more and more like a token hire. We have no play book/structure, no CSM tool and I’m current organizing all 95 of my clients on spreadsheets while also handling presales trials with a salary under 50k.
