After two rounds of interview in ICICI i received an offer letter without any HR discussion regarding my expectations or terms. The pay scale offered was about 30% on my current. Is this what happens in the ICICI interview process ?.

any advice on resources/connections to identify transferable skills after spending 20 years in media strategy/planning & recently client operations? ideally want to get out of hamster wheel ad agency world and into more meaningful areas like non-profit organizations, hiring diversity initiatives, etc. Open to taking pay/title/role step back if needed

Just got a job offer but they are only giving me until Monday afternoon to decide. I'm currently in process at several other firms and the recruiter said they can't/won't give extensions.
