My ASM is lazy and is incapable of doing the easiest basic tasks with recruitment. She receives all my end of day updates, is cc’d on all emails, makes me fill out 5 repetitive excel/smart sheet, and joins all my meetings but she still wants to call having me 5x daily about updates. Working on some law firm applications tonight and it sucks that I know that I am so capable and have a strong work ethic but firms can’t see beyond grades or the fact that I didn’t go to a t14 law school or prestigious undergrad. I’ve worked twice as hard and feel like I’ve barely even gotten half as much. I had HR round today for TCS, Everything was ok until HR offer salary, offering 11.5 for 4 yoe in automation testing, Current package is 7.65. I have said ok and she said i will receive offer letter in 7-10 days but i am not convinced with that offer.
I am thinking to reject that as it is very low and i can't put papers based on that low of a package.

Any suggestions??

I got an offers from two companies in flat steel products for Pune location.
One company is startup company categories under dealer based on e-commerce
And one one big brand company but they have started new divisions for e-commerce flat form

Which one should i choose? ( work life balance/ stability/sustainability/growth)

Pay scale for both nearby but brand company is paying less than expected.

I have 5.5YOE, Got an offer for 25LPA CTC + RSU 10L vested over 5 years.

Domain is semiconductor software validation, can i do better ?

Not sure what salary to ask or expect since a lot of people get paid less than me and some get paid upto double for almost the same work.
