Hello fishes, Wipro hr is not responding to my calls and mails as i have received LOI march 27 and gave joining date on april 27 till now they didnt sent me offer letter. So, when can i expect the offer letter from them.

Note: didnt tried to contact them from 1week as some people said you would receive it soon

So my work has unlimited PTO -global company. I'm based in uk and line manager is in USA. he said I'm taking to much time off and has brought it up with upper management. Just venting - In my 50 and tired of monthly periods with no end in sight. According to blood/hormone tests I’m pre/peri menopause. I hate the drier skin, hormone changes, thinning hair and weight gain (no matter how I adjust my diet and exercise the scale will not budge). Fortunately the one symptom I don’t have is hot flashes. Sigh. Does this get better at any point?
