Deloitte india has given me a joining date that is 1 month after my LWD at current org. I had stated that I have 60 days notice remaining but for some reason they gave me a joining thinking my notice is 90 days.

Should I be concerned?
I do need some break due to burnout at my current company but is there a possibility Deloitte India can ghost me?
Should I keep looking for backup offers just in case?

Getting life insurance so they drug tested me. Now they want me to fill out a form that basically asks me to certify if I’ve EVER done any of these drugs. What the? Who hasn’t EVER? What happens if I say never did? Idk my results from the drug test, maybe I smoked a bowl in the last few weeks, can’t say for sure. How does this work?

Hi fishes! I recently graduated. I got campus placed as associate analyst consulting in Deloitte in my 5th semester. It's been an year there was no communication from the Deloitte apart from the letter of intent. Now recently I received a mail saying we'll be onboarding in phases and onboarding will be completed for 2022 batch by February 2023 . Legit they are making us wait for another 6 months....like wtf is thissss!??!????!!!! Your opinion/advice/suggestions are most welcomed!!!

How much time does Deloitte USSI takes to give the offer letter? For me its taking more than a week after salary negotiations. Any suggestions?
