Agree with EY1 - the content is good, you just need to shift the formatting around. I don't think there is a recommended Wharton template for functional resumes, but what I would do if I was formatting this on your behalf would be:
- put education at the top
- combine qualifications and areas of expertise
- work history
For areas of expertise, I would take off Healthcare Environment and add Operations and Patient Care/Customer Service and shift book-keeping and scheduling; inventory control; knowledge of healthcare laws and quality assurance in that bucket.
For education, you can list the most important classes relating to Healthcare Management but don't need all of them.
If you want to DM me, happy to help further!
OP, I don’t agree with others on this post that the resume is “bad”, the content is great, its all there, just the format can use fixing. Wharton format is the gold standard, they’re right about that. Should be an easy lift and shift, good luck on your job search my friend!

Wharton format or recruiters will trash it
Thank you for the feedback. The above template is a template used by the career center at the school. I will look into the Wharton template and update my resume with the necessary changes.

This is bad. Just google image search resume formats and go with the most common, your education or relevant experience should come first
Hi! Prior military as well! This resume impressed every interview I’ve been on even if I didn’t receive the job. The formatting/organization of timelines is what they care most about. Making sure it’s easy to follow at the lowest level as I’m sure you’re used to. (More pictures continued in comments) Also do not be scared of length
Yep guess I’m lucky. There have been many that said stick to one page but ever since I stopped listening and communicating on my resume they’ve loved it, said they were overly impressed and my professors and enlisted men have gained from taking advantage. Thanks!
