Most of the Black admins I know at my job go above and beyond, are loved by everyone and seem like they'd be perfect for promotion but that's not what I'm seeing happen. When you’re scheduling interviews, you asked about the current salary and expectation. I have joined Nagarro almost a year now as a senior architect. However, I see lot of issues here. The company is great so far as employee friendliness is concerned. It may be rated as the top most company in that regard and that is why attrition is well within control. However, there are issues:

1. Project Allocation - allocated to projects without fitment with the role or skills. No internal job portal

2. Lots of seniors in bench for long time

3. No way to give company feedback

67K + 5% Bonus + Stock: 7% of salary

- After I get placed I had heard I would be at
80s + 10% bonus and stock at 7%
- stock has vesting schedule of 5 yr
