Has utilisation become a major concern in IBM recently? In our account, managers are directly threatening individuals with utilisation-based PIP for taking leaves.
There is an internal account rule of allowing up to 5 leaves per quarter (any type), but when it comes to actually availing those leaves, employees are being discouraged and threatened about utilisation impact.

I'm a cashier. We just got a new manager, and she's making things really hard for us. She starts work at 4:30am and leaves around 2:30pm, but she still expects us to stay until 6pm and work on the weekends! She gives us really long shifts and doesn't give us much time for breaks. And when we ask her about it, she gets mad.

I will be joining IBM next week in Bangalore ( physical onboarding ) and my hometown is in West bengal , My father is having health problems , mother won't be able to handle everything and no such person we can rely on .
