Now I have received another offer from a fintech organization in Berlin, Germany who are providing me 69k Euros as base salary + 5k Euros as RSU and also an on call support of 5k Euros annually + complete relocation assistance package. Hi. I'm a fresher who joined Persistent Systems this year. Currently I'm aligned to a React- Redux position, but the project also uses Node.js, AWS for the back-end.
However, I feel my salary is kinda low considering the industry standard, but all the experienced folks I know, say "Don't look at the salary during initial phase.."
Can anyone explain why? Doesn't the current CTC play a part while a switch?
Also, what should prepare now for a 100-200% switch after like an year or two?
