I have cleared the 1st stage and have the 2nd round scheduled this week.

I have a offer in hand frm JPM and on notice for next 2 weeks. Expected to join in March.
If i inform citi HR of this will they speed up the process if they look to make an offer ?
Would be possible to work from India until the workvisa is processed ?

Need some suggestions: My current company is on a layoff spree and 2 rounds are already done and I can foresee another round coming very soon.

While I am trying to switch to other companies, I’m not able to reveal the real reason from my side for the job change, as if I say, it’s because of layoff fears than it’ll reduce my negotiation power.

What other reasons can I give as I’ve just completed 9 months here and it’s too soon for any other company to take me in.

Hey Fishes, need your viewpoint. I have two job offers. 1. Is a product owner role with a fairly decent consulting company for 28LPA fixed. 2. Is a delivery manager role with a really fast growing product company with a 23LPA fixed and another 10% percent variable and ESOP options. I am stuck between better salary vs better role.

I have got offer from Fractal Analytics , EY GDS and Pwc india. Which one is better for growth? Which one should I join?
