I accepted the offer letter of a company and send them all my details including the bank account as well.

But then I didn't join it as I got a better Job offer.
But the first company anyhow created my pf account and generated member id with zero contributions.
Now that I have been working over 2yrs at a different company and planing to switch will the one member id with zero contributions and no end date on it, create any issue in the background verification.

I received offer from two companies, MPHASIS(in Hyderabad) and Optimum Info System(as Cosultant for Shell India in Banglore). Optimum Info System offered 2.5L more CTC than Mphasis and ROLE is the same.

Which one would you opt considering that Mphasis is a bigger company(terms of employee count) than either Optimum Info System or Shell ?.
