hello! I’m looking to get some insight to see if I’m being paid fairly for where I’m at in my career. I’ve worked at the same company for 2.5 years. This is my first job out of college. Started as an HR Admin, basically in a call center for all HR related inquiries and now am a Sr Admin assisting with escalations, interviewing, training new hires, supporting my team, scheduling, keeping track of stats- phone calls, tickets resolved, etc. I’m making $52k per year and work remote out of MA.

Very new to this app. I start my new role as a contractor in the new year working for a large Global financial institution. Inside IR35 paying £900 pd. Looking to connect with other security contractors/consultants in the UK!

Thinking about my next career move, looking for a 6 figure base salary and good company.

I have a Mech Eng bachelors, about to graduate with my MBA, 6 YOE in manufacturing environments with a focus on design and product management. Open to any thoughts or suggestions.

How early is too early to ask about salary when interviewing? First meeting w HR? With the CDs/ECDs? Or do you have to wait all the way till the end? Just went through a long interview process only to find out they never had enough to hire me without me taking a pay cut 😭

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Why is this unprofessional and unethical behaviour?
