Hello there! I currently work in billing at a medical office. I got my Bachelors in Psychology a few years ago but I couldn’t find a position that seemed like a good option for me that was well paying and fulfilling. I tried working as a tech at an Applied Behavior Analysis clinic but it wasn’t a good fit. I’m hesitant to try case management or social work because I worry I won’t like it but I want to use my degree in Psychology. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

Worried because of my salary at my current company I am pricing myself out of opportunities to move into a rep agency that could eventually give me the opportunity to buy into it. I am joining Deloitte India next week and I have received a mail from the recruitment team that I have assigned with a "Buddy" from Deloitte to help me guide through the beginning.

Is this a normal thing in Deloitte/Big4? What is the significance?
