I am currently working at KPMG as an Analyst. I want to do my MBA in HR and Operations. The feedback that I received from people is that growth in HR is slightly restricted and that HRs don't get hikes (while switching) similar to that of Consulting or Finance or Marketing?

I am not solely interested in HR and am open to other domains as well.

Hi SpEd Teachers, is anyone else facing EXTREME staff shortages as a result of state funding? We are not able to meet my students' IEP requirements (not even close) due to not enough paraprofessionals and the district flat out refusing to hire more. I have got the ey hr mail stating i should provide him with aadhar card, information sheet and latest resume for a audit and assurance contract for 6 months as iam a semi qualified CA.

Here my question is should i take this opportunity. Cause since this is only for 6 months. After that, what i can do, where should I try to get the job?
