I am a Developer, I have been in Development since 4 years and I think I would enjoy more of a BA role

Nobody is giving me that role. Specially with a good package that I have have as a developer.

How much is the avg package of BA for 3-4 years experience ?
And how can we shift to BA role?

Hi All, I attended interview for Capgemini.After technical round I recieved a mail from their Hr team asking for documents like payslip , last year form 16 , certificates and id proof. I was surprised as I didn't receive any call from their Hr team mentioning I got selected and no salary discussion took place . Finally after contacting them they informed this is the usual process and they will send offer letter only after sharing these information. Can anyone confirm if this is legit their hiring process?

Is it a good decision to join this profile? What would be the day-to-day work of a manager be like?

PS: Is the designation reasonable? I see some people with 6-7 YOE as managers and with 8-9 YOE as senior managers.
