Currently working on a three person team in a larger GC group. I lateraled from a different group that did not pay attorneys on an attorney scale. I completed all the round TR, PDM and HR round for IBM. Discussed with HR she confirmed the compensation and sent Candidate Information form and BGV form to fill. I have filled and submitted and got some accomodation form and cognitive assesment link. Is this the normal process. Can someone please confirm the steps you followed when selected for IBM.
