To add to the above, please also realize that they brought you in because of your talent and skillsets—something you should feel very proud of and find confidence in. 👍
Your communication will only get better working alongside these people.
Try to own the confidence and remember you’re there for a reason. Your unique background brings a different perspective and you also add value that way. The more you think it’s a problem, the more it will become one
As a native speaker that isn’t an issue for me, I work with many non native speakers. I see this an opportunity for you to grow and develop your English and presentation skills even further.
The best communication skill to have is the ability to be an active listener... The art of listening is under rated. Read daily out loud, which will allow you to to hear and practice.
When in meetings, take analog notes, ask questions, make eye contact and the rest will follow. Most native speakers don't listen anymore. They read less and are tethered to devices.
As a non-native speaker myself, I always tried to be self-conscious about my vocabulary and speaking very simply and focused on what need to be said. As my confidence and vocabulary grew, I became more vocal. So be patient, study to get the freedom of not needing extra people to present your work, and pay a lot of attention on how other people present work. One thing is having an extended vocabulary, another is presenting work. You can make a remarkable presentation being succinct and letting visuals to do the heavy lifting. And last, you probably sound way better than you think, so ask for feedback from people you trust and respect on how you are doing, if you were clear and so and so.
Also, knowing that selling the work largely relies on one’s ability to convince people by speech crushes my self-esteem more.

Communicate with your team more. Make sure what’s in your head is being represented well. People will be very cool about helping understand your true intent.

Always remember that your perspective brings something amazing to the table. And even as a native speaker, I like to prepare talking points before big presentations. This will help with your confidence and is a great way to practice distilling ideas down to their core in the most straightforward way.

Also remember that the “professional”, native speakers are just regurgitating vapid marketing jargon to make themselves seem important.
