In PwC we have have 20sick leaves and 22 privileged leaves, total 42 per year but I haven't used one till now. I have to use 4days per month to use all.

How to ask managers so that they approve leaves because this is our right still they have problem and don't approve?

Please suggest some ways.

Weekend dairies: How did you spend your weekend?

I went to my parents place on Saturday, met with old friends.
And on Sunday Yoga and swimming. Now enjoying relax evening. It felt like a vacation and was quite stress reliever.
Learning: I need not to spend heavily for vacation.

Are people working in night shifts (10PM-7AM) entitled to have 1-1.5hr break same as it is allowed for lunch in the normal day shift ?

It becomes really difficult to be awake post 2AM. An hour long nap would help 😅

I am in a slight dilemma now. I have got an offer from Hyderabad based company and also i have already resigned from my exited from my current company. I have accepted the offer thinking they will give temporary WFH atleast for few months, atleast that's what they said during interview. But now they have asked me to come to office ASAP. Now i am having second thoughts about this. My question is can I resign this offer and continue searching for other jobs without working?

Can i change the new regime to old regime for a declaration if I change the company in the same financial year(2022-23)? 
The previous company i was opt for new regime but in current company i want to change that, new to old regime in same financial year(2022-23).

I got a offer letter today from TCS. In that they have told to submit the documents from background check. Actually the problem is that I don't have any permanent address as my father is in bank so we shift frequently, and the address mentioned on my passport is the address where i used to live a year ago.

My query is that if i mention my passport address only as permanent address, will they do house verification by sending someone to my house, or any way if they can reject?

Recently I had interview with tcs . During hr dicuession the hr person offered me 7.5lpa currently my CTC is 5lpa with wipro. Then later on we agreed to 8lpa during dicuession. So he told he will dicuess with senior level for approval for 8lpa then he release a sample ctc break up and asked me to accept it and he told he will release final offer after higher level discussion. I agreed for that. After two day he called me and offer only 6.8lpa. Why he changed this any idea? I declined.Surprising hr behaviour?
