I cleared the Prelims in TCS , I got a mail from HR to upload necessary documents within 48 hour's, otherwise my profile will not move forward to next round ,

For interview HR was created a new ep number
But i already have another epn number with different email address,
So i couldn't register with new ep number
What should I do ?
Please advise, as per the mail if I didn't upload the details before 48 hrs HR will not move forward my account with next step

Does anyone know typically how many rounds there are for hedge funds interviews and how soon after interviews I’ll hear back about next steps?

Applied 9/1 and on the applicant portal the status still says “in progress.” I got a great internal referral, but I’ve not reached out to the hiring manager. 😬 I know there were a few hundred applicants — what’s a realistic timeline and what could I say to the hiring manager if I reach out to them. Any idea when we get relieving letter/service certificate from TCS?

My LWD was 16th September and I received FNF 10 days before. Also got initial release letter on my LWD.

I see so many issues in this organisation.
When I joined TCS after 5 days of joining they used to mail me every week for 5 continuous weeks and asked me every time for previous organisation relieving letter.
But they themselves don’t share it and delay a lot.

I am getting mails to report to office.
My base location does not have a hot seat.

Should this not be the focus from HR side to get a seat allocated rather than pushing employees to report to a random office that have a seat.?

And On top of that we have to take care of our own commute even when we are in shifts.

Why is this unprofessional and unethical behaviour?
Why is an employee responsible for everything which the HR and PMO is supposed to do??

There was no documents section under my profile in tcs I begin portal. One of HR confirmed that they are creating new EP id for me
