Hi Fishes, I got a offer of 6.7 lpa with 2 yoe ,my friend got 8 lpa for same position with same yoe on same technology. But now they are offering me 6.7 as max ctc. I have asked HR to increase it to 7.8 lpa but HR rejected saying this is max they can do.
What should I do?
How should I ask HR to provide me the same ctc which they are offering to this role?
Should I accept this offer or not?
