Hi Fishes, I got an offer of 10.5 LPA fixed from IBM ISL as a Java developer with 3.10 years of experience. Now if I give them a counter offer of 14 LPA where 10% is variable pay, will IBM ISL give me 14-15 fixed? As in IBM ISL there is no variable pay.
