Hey fishes. I have been offered Management Consultant role with CTC break up in terms of JB, RB, fixed and variable. So is the fixed amount my gross salary without any other deduction except TDS, or will the organisation contribution to PF be also deducted from the fixed component? Also, will claimable components like LTA, mobile bill reimbursement etc. be in addition to this fixed component or will they be included in it?

I left Deloitte month but i have not received any full and final settlement and release documents. How much time does it take for Deloitte to process. My concern is with release documents more after resignation I have not received any email from Deloitte on my personal ID in next organisation i need releasing letter. 1. Global projects are available here
2. They've started mentioning Bonus, Gratuity amount etc in offer letter
3. Work life balance depends on Project and managers you work with
4. Inside opportunities if you're the creamy layer
5. PF amount in offer letter is the total deduction and not just company's contri

All the reimbursement and other stuff which goes to partner for approval , does partner actually sits and review all those and approves it or does he have any secretary or assistant to approve all that.

Currently 4 expenses(1 internet, 2 Cab, 1 Flight) which are awaiting partners approval and I am really concerned if he's gonna come shouting at me 😂
