I had resigned from IBM after getting Deloitte india offer 19 lpa fixed plus 2 variable. Current CTC at ibm is 15lpa.

3 weeks into notice period, now manager has offered an onsite role in UK, he says he has confirmed it with the client manager but says I need to take resignation back before they can raise the formal request.

I do think onsite probability is above 50% since it's a critical project but nobody knows anything can happen. What would you suggest?

Please suggest any good sources to prepare for data engineer interviews in GCP, Python, SQL, Pyspark. I have worked only in a few tools in GCP and done basic coding in pyspark and above average in SQL, but need to be prepared to handle all questions to grab some offer.
