Wipro Pune: 15 LPA TIMING: 4PM- 2AM (5 days office)

I am confused which one should I join I have a wipro offer with me but the Deloitte offer is yet received that they will provide after background verification and after two weeks.

Hey Fishes I have completed close to 4.5 years in EY under the Tax Operation team specialized in resource management. I am getting only 7.5lpa inspite of getting "Strategic Impact" which is the highest reward category. I was supposed to get a skip level promotion which the HR had rejected for some reason.
