I have already got offer from Capgemini for 13 LPA and my joining date in on October. Now I'm getting early release from TCS and I can able to join Capgemini from 1st week of August.
Does Capgemini provide any joining bonus for joining early? Or any other components I can ask from Capgemini please advise? Capgemini

Initially they will try to give only 60-70 percent hike on your current ctc. Try to ask for 10+ lpa or whatever suits you. Best of luck
You are 95% selected if they asked for the document s. You can ask for CTC upto 8 to 10 LPA.
I got 10.72L as final CTC from them for same experience and skill set like you as having no offers in hand .. So try to negotiate with them for good amount...they can give you much more than mine if u hv done really well in your technical interview.....Best of luck....
Asking for docs means you cleared all the rounds and package discussion is left. Infosys has a pattern will follow the slabs based on exp.. like exp. * 2.5..like wise depends on technology,domian..etc. HRs hold these info. If your ask package is within the their slabs they will match or slightly negotiate. Otherwise they have chances of rejecting the application with simple comment " Unable to meet the expectations". Which I personally experienced it.
I bet HR will offer you 7.5 which is 3 years * 2 times +1 lakh extra
Don’t settle for it go for 9-10 atleast on first offer
