I have 3 yr of experience in product based org. I am being offered SDE 3 at Walmart Global Tech. My current compensation is:
11.78(fix)+13.1(var) 13.1L.

I am being offered :
15L +3L +3.75L (RSU over 3yr quarterly vest). = 19.25L

Job-shift wise, the fix and var is very less jump for me (37% hike). I was expecting for atleast a 60% jump. HR is saying this is acc to your interview performance etc.
Is this a decent offer as compared to Walmart standards?

I am asked during this RE analyst interview to build a real estate model from scratch. My background is commercial banking and I am used to analyzing real estate deals from the lender side not the developer. The interviewer is generous I must say he’s giving me a few days to complete. However this model is for a ground up multifamily development. I have no prior experience building one. I can find models online but all very complexe to reproduce. How would you handle?
