I have an interview scheduled in the coming week with Nielsen (Media Company, not NielsenIQ) for the role of SAP CI Consultant. I have no idea about the SAP implementations in the company and there's no info about it on fishbowl/LinkedIn & no connection I found works in SAP in that organisation. I got offers from Capgemini and HCL with the highest CTC in HCL. I negotiated with Capgemini and they matched the HCL offer.
Now HCL is ready to revise offer again.

I have heard from friends working in different companies about Synechron. Employees working hours are very closely monitored at Synechron.

Employees have to spend 9 hours inside Office rather than Synechron premise.

Also, employees have some app installed in their virtual machines which tracks the duration for which they were logged in.
