@i have an offer from HCL for 25 LPA and another offer from Delta technology and management for 30 LPA plus 3 lakh joining bonus.
I am married and have a family. Delta seems to be very small as compared to HCL and seeks to have unstable projects and have hiring firing culture.
Company HR is assuring that as long as I perform I dont need to worry about job security.
Need some help in making the decision.

I was hired within the last year as a site supervisor. I did well my first few projects with the company. They asked if I’d be interested in transitioning into a construction manager role. I agreed. Now I still am the site supervisor on projects but I’m also doing all the construction manger duties on the project as well. Essentially 2 jobs for one salary. We have yearly reviews in December but no talks of raise have been discussed. Any help on approaching this to my boss?
