For the first I only said that I don’t have experience with advance concepts, they will reject me, still they conducted the interview and I was rejected. For the second it was a new client looking for 2 technologies in 1 person, the prep for this client went on for whole February, at the end rejected because I had experience in 1 technology only.For the third Rejection, same thing happened,no experience in 1 of tech

Can we get promotion after the mid year review in CitiusTech?
Or the promotion for the mid year already done?
I see for many people the designation has changed but for me it's not. I was under the impression that the promotion happens after the mid year discussion or after the year end discussion.
Can someone please tell the details and when we can expect the new revised letter mentioning the new designation.
