YOE: 6.1 years

Accenture: Salary-15.75 lpa(12.40 fixed, 3.35 variable); Position- Application Development Team Lead

HCL: Salary-18 lpa(14.70 fixed, 3.30 variable); Position- Technical Lead

Coforge: Salary-20 lpa(19 fixed, 1 variable); Position- Technical Analyst

LTIMindtree: Salary-21 lpa(All fixed); Position- Sr s/w dev

I have an offer of 15 Lpa from Nagarro and expecting one from Capgemini around 18-19 maybe with joining bonus as the offer letter is not yet released. Really confused which one to join as Nagarro has a pros of work from anywhere while Capgemini will work on hybrid model. Can anyone please help me in giving some insights .

What is the variable pay does Macquarie give year on year ? And is there a surety that we will surely get a decent variable pay as well over our fixed package since I don't find anything mentioned regarding this variable pay in my offer letter. Yoe- 8 and tech - selenium testing, and position- assistant manager.
If yes, how much one can expect in variable pay for fixed compensation of around 25-30lpa.

With 11EOY, how much one can expect in MGL for Manager post !

Hi fishies 🐠 I’m an Art Director that’s trying to transition over to UX Design. I have experience building websites and some previous freelance work doing some UI/UX. What’s the best route to transition over and would I need to apply for entry level roles? Does an AD role with a UI/UX focus even exist? I have taken the interview on 27th July 2022 and next day I got an update that I am selected and I will be connected by HR for further proceedings.

With all details I have shared, I have been told that the approvals are pending and the offer will get released soon.

Now, they have mentioned it will be released next week.
