Ok be honest, candidates. I really love this set of questions, I’ve been considering shifting my current interview style to these questions - I think they really give you an idea of who this person would be within the work setting. But the questions almost feel too deep for a recruiter to ask. What would you think if a recruiter took a different path and asked these questions instead of the usual ones?

Your sample is spot on but I’d lower your lowest and raise your highest for the small percentile of top and low tier people. I work for a big, good agency and we rarely pay over $1800. Juniors right out of school we’ll do about $300 a day but not for too long before deciding if we’ll hire them.
Talent level and body of work plays into how much you can command on your dayrate. Be honest with yourself on your worth.. understand there are a lot of genuinely high level, accomplished freelancers out there with amazing books.
Similar rates for SF but also agree with TR1. Rate/budget depends on the role you are filling.
Damn, I need to ask for more!
