My current fixed component is 9.58 and variable is 1.06 lpa. I have completed MBA from one of the premier institutes and have 5 years and 2 months of experience in the IT industry. I resigned Epam Anywhere last week because I am on bench since 2.5 month , package in EPAM Anywhere was 32.40 lpa fixed .

Mastercard- 308000(including 2.80lakhs variable)

I am really confused between these two companies, I heard WLB is very good in Mastercard, but again their salary difference is too much.
