I am having 4.2 years of experience and my current ctc is 9.3lpa.My current company is a product based company so should I jump to consulting.

Moreover I want to ask In Deloite usi do we get leaves approved when we want.Also the reviews on google regarding work life balance is not good. Also i don't want night shifts.So please suggest should i join.

Managers schedule meeting after office hours and expects us to be available always.

Sorry to say this but I have seen only Indians who work extra hours. What's even funny is that the upper management laugh at foreigners who work exactly 8hours.
