I have recently got an offer from Paytm for a 4A position in their data sciences - lending team.
I have about 6 years of experience in Data Science.

The current offer is 27 (fixed) + 3 (variable) and 1 (JB). This is about a 30% increase on my CCTC.

Can anyone at Paytm comment of if this is a decent offer of the given post?

Does anyone actually like fund accounting? What are the upsides? Any thoughts on what the bonus payout would be at a NYC fund with 2bill AUM. 3 years of work experience.

Where do you live/work & would you recommend it to a 20-something new pa!?Salary, benefits, lifestyle, etc.
