2yrs as a pure asp dot net- jQuery Frontend developer
2yrs as a React,Angular UI developer (means my current role doesn't have api integration and in-depth frontend activities)
What to expect in basics of salary and skills to up-skill my career as a frontend developer.
I feel like I'm underpaid for the work I have been giving

I want out of healthcare so badly but as the sole wage earner in my family I cannot afford to start over in an entry level role in a new industry. I am so systemically exhausted I am struggling to translate my current skill-set to market myself into non- healthcare markets. When I say non- healthcare, I truly mean completely NOTHING to do with any direct clinical or patient related/facing anything. Anyone have any worda of wisdom or insight? Got a 30% salary bump, via an offer for Senior Consultant S&O from Deloitte. Currently underpaid at EY Advisory. I'm MBA and this year is my promotion year at EY for Manager. What to do? Get demoted and move to D? Or counter at EY? Even if EY matches my salary, and promote me to Manager, I will be an EY Manager with a Deloitte SC salary, and probably won't be able to go to D in the future. What do you think? I have built up a good relationship with my Partner and SMs at EY though.

Im confident in the value I can provide and do well at presenting it. However, once it’s comes down to me and 1-2 other candidates, I repeatedly have been turned down for the person who has more relevant experience as they’re a safer bet for the employer. Would love advice from anyone who’s dealt with this before. It’s tough to get them to take a risk on me

Hi 👋. I posted here a few weeks ago about being nervous conducting a PIP conversation with my team member.
I did it this week and let me just say it was the weirdest conversation ever. The guy is usually argumentative and tries to disprove every bit of feedback. But this time he just sat there and asked no questions and said nothing.
Maybe he’s looking for new jobs already - don’t mind this at all and this would be a good outcome for him overall.

I’m a designer in the planning/landscape architecture dept. of a CE firm. Extremely frustrated that after 4+ years and multiple asks, I’m not getting the in-field construction experience I’ve asked for. I know that my designs could be better if I could see how things are actually built but I get slapped in the face with “I need you in the office designing/drafting” or “there’s no budget to have you go out” and then sends an intern to inspect instead. I’m 5 yrs out of college. Any advice?
