Has anyone left PwC while they still had an outstanding Educational Support Program repayment agreement? What is the repayment process like? Am I required to pay back the amount in full the day I leave the firm or is there the ability to do a repayment agreement? I’m looking at new opportunities and would like to have my new firm take on the amount of the tuition agreement ($14,000) but don’t know how much that might limit my options.

WLB is good,
Hybrid with 2 days in office total 10 days in a month.
Your work and sync depends on the team and area of work.
WLB not so good as before. Its becoming like a service based company with lots of stress and deadlines. The new hires at mid level management are creating headaches for employees. Company needs to look at culture fit of these employees before hiring them at C9, C10 roles.

Its not the same as before. The new leadership feels the employees are slaves(typical indian mentality) and they can get away with any rule they introduce. The reason they give is more absurd for e.g the new wfo policy states that its there so to serve customers better. They do not have courage to accept that 'we dont trust employees and they are not much productive while wfh'. And as if our UK counterparts do not serve the customers
It really depends on the project. Overall, NatWest has good policies and a positive culture, especially around leave and employee well-being.
In my project, WLB is okay, I usually don’t work beyond 9 to 6. But the work itself isn’t great. It’s a legacy application with a bloated team, and a lot of the work feels more like coordination than actual engineering.
My project was vendor-heavy earlier and is now moving towards more internal employees, but even now the team size feels unnecessarily large. Work that could be done by a small team is being handled by 50+ people.
There’s also not much emphasis on craftsmanship or doing things the right way. Feels like if things were built properly earlier, it wouldn’t still need this much effort after so many years.
That said, this is just my experience with one project. Other teams could be better.
Thanks for the valuable insights.
Also what are the office hours we need to be in office, how many days office would be there and what is the workload. How is the onsite offshore connection and sync up
