I wanted to know if joining a mastercard through a vendor is a good idea or bad , what will be the pros and cons if i join it through consultancy

I got an offer from them for L9 for 15 lpa from consultancy to work for mastercard as a client.
So shall i go with that offer ?? Please suggest me someone
