I'm a Data analyst with total 6.5 years exp and relevant 2+ yrs . I've received offers from couple companies and need to decide.

Cars24: 15 fix + 1 variable (5 days office day shift) gurgaon

Tcs: 15.5 fix + 1 variable ( Hyderabad)

Publicis: 16 fix + 1.5 retention bonus after 1 year (flexibility to choose location and 2 days office) afternoon shift.

What do you guys suggest?

Just got an offer from PwC for 47.5K for SA role in Manchester. Feels kinda low considering everyone just got a 7%+ pay raise. Can anyone comment if this is in line or not? I was told this would put me above the SA band

Anyone’s company still going through the hiring process up to Christmas? Was in the running for a role at a consultancy and had an interview scheduled for weeks. Suddenly got it cancelled with no explanation, when I reached out 2 days later the recruitment team gave little to no explanation besides ‘recruitment stopping for the year. Has left a v sour taste. I have other interviews lined up but this one was a favourite.

Never had this happened before, so just curious to know if this is normal?
