I feel stuck. This job is hard. Feels like lots of people piling on while I’m away from home and my SO. It would be nice to feel more supported and have less toxic clients.

Feeling really sad about friends I have drifted apart from despite efforts to stay in touch. My best friend from high school and I haven’t seen each other in about 4 years, I messaged her a year ago, got a nice response from her, and I tried keeping the convo going but she left me on read. What's with the probation period with Deloitte India? What's the rate of termination, if there are any, unlike the other firms (who have a probation but 99.99% of the employees are confirmed at the end of probation).
