Rate my offer for a business valuations associate role at a boutique firm in Toronto:
- $90k + ~7.5% annual performance bonus
- $5k in clawback reimbursement
- will pay all professional fees throughout term of employment (CPA & CBV)

My background:
- SA1 in assurance
- Master of Accounting
- passed CFE, qualify in about half a year
- enrolled in CBV program of studies
- 24 yrs old

The JD shared during the interview says : Project Role Description : Assists with the data platform blueprint and design and Key responsibilities is a. I cleared all round at APISERO and received confirmation mail on 24th Dec,2021 communicating they will call for HR discussion in 8-10days. It's been 18days now and I tried to reach the SPOC but she isn't responding to the phone calls.

I have cleared all 3-4 round of interviews in Apisero by 26 Dec. HR also taken all the documents like salary slips etc.

She said offer may take some time due to new year holidays. Now they are saying they have freezed all the new offers.

Is this correct? Apisero is not rolling out any new offers?

The interview process take weeks of time and multiple rounds. So just wanted to know what is the point of all these rounds.
