Hi fishes, My YOE is 13. Got selected post 2 tech rounds in Accenture & BGC also started.But post HR discussion, HR has moved from profile from Level 7 to 8. As I had only team lead expe & not Mgr. I conveyed the same in tech round & it was accepted. However I had even agreed for Level 8 payscale. But after that there was no call from the HR. I was about to receive the offer but bcz of this level change it got halted, Is there any chances that my profile will still move fwd. pls suggest.

Been at SEI 10 years, star of every team that I've worked on, and only make $87,000 annually with a $6,500 IC target. Asking for an increase this June to take me to $100,000 in some combination of salary and/or stock options. Any tips for asking for stock options in lieu of a company being able to meet a salary request? TIA

I’m struggling. I left an agency I liked last year due to growth limitations and since then I’ve worked at 2 different agencies and can’t seem to find my footing. The first one seemed like a good fit at first but then it turned out to not be the best place for me so I left. At my current agency I feel super undervalued. I’m always raising my hand and offering to help where I can and no matter what I do, I don’t feel utilized or valued or part of the team.It’s really taken a toll on my confidence
