Which should I consider?

Which health insurance is good to take for family in a long run. Would like to stick to it for a decade.

Need advice & perspectives: I got a verbal review from my manager saying he couldn’t see me as senior cuz I didn’t follow the design doc format he mandates from all designers. Also the product I’m on has been in MVP stage, things move extremely fast and design decisions changed constantly. He’s not on my team.
