Never been in an SE or consulting or B2B sales role before but have a referral at Salesforce and have been in some informal conversations. I cleared LTI all rounds and in HR discussion we came on mutual agreement for 16lpa .I have 7 years of experience and they gave me Specialist - Data Engineering(P3) role. And we agreed I will join with after 60 as I had to serve 60 days notice period. I was waiting for offer letter and when I received the offer letter I was shocked to see that CTC mentioned was 14LPA and joining date was only 15days from now ,which is way early.

I’ve been lay off this afternoon because low performance, it just two weeks ago I talked to my manager and told her that she’s micromanaging me a lot and I need more autonomy at my work. I didn’t like what they’ve done to me specially I’ve been redundant from the previous role before joining this company.
