I am Fresher, I joined HCL 4months back. We all got a mail for hybrid mode work. My work location and client work location is Bangalore. Due to some personal reasons, I can't go to Bangalore. My manager advise me to work on chennai shollinganallur location. But , but for my client resources there is no ODC in Chennai. Is there any common ODC in shollinganallur where I can work?
Please share your info , I am new to this .

I attended a client interview last week and was selected for the same. Now they are asking to join within a day or two. I'm having my mom's surgery this week. How to safely refuse to join this client project for at least 10 days. I can't take leave for 10 days.

I joined Mindtree on 8th Feb and not got project and I was waiting for last 2 and half month. So, i gave interview outside (tech mahindra) and got selected. Almost 30-35% they said they will give and i am negotiating on it.

My main concern was shift and i have some health issues and unable to continue in night shift in Mindtree and tech mahindra its purely EMEA shift and per project team update.

Shall i switch to tech Mahindra?

Looking for advice on defending depositions. I am a first year associate and am defending my first deposition next week. I reviewed the prior transcripts from this case, and there were objections to what seemed like proper questions. Is there a strategic reason to object beyond improper form? For example, if my client is asked something that could be harmful (or at least make us look bad), should I just object? Very worried this transcript will be ex. A to pltfs’ MSJ because I didn’t object 😅

Why do partners feel the need to speak when they obviously have very superficial knowledge about the topic? So exhausting pushing back on stupid ideas, needless analysis, unnecessary credit taking attempts and spending time making their input sound coherent with what was already aligned with client. Hi.. I have received an offer from a consultancy stating for 3 months i will be on their payrol as infosys as client and after 3 months i will be moved to Infosys payrol with permanent wfh. I regret now that I haven't asked for Consultant role.
