NielsenIQ - Senior Software Engineer ( Java + Microservices)

Package is more or less the same. Please guide me which one to choose and why?

I work for a mortgage company and I service many commercial mortgages that are unique in structure which makes servicing more challenging. Since we are a smaller company we have to come up with solutions or work harder get things done. I would say I do some managerial work now and train new staff.
