As pay structure in hcl has variable component of 15% my query is
Taxable income is calculated and divided into 12 months including variable pay as well? Or tax will be calculated on variable only when it is paid which means tax is calculated only on fixed component?

I joined nagarro in July,22 and my first salary credited in aug,after that i was able to declare flexi and tax components ,then my second salary credited for sep month and it was very less ,bcoz of flexi declaration.but when i calculate declared flexi amount is ~25k ,as per nagarro it is tax saving component which you can claim later.but I am still not understanding why my executive allowance is very less this time from which ,i got in august 112000 and in sep it is ~21k in payslp

I have joined a company on 4th Feb, through consultancy on contract to hire basis.

I was forcefully released from HCL services saying my BGV is not clear and was released the very same day. Now I am being asked to pay for basic salary of 89 days notice period +18% GST.. WHAT TO DO PLEASE HELP. I am being asked to pay 1,65,000/- and I was forced to leave HCL in 22 days.
