Question about inclusion…. I’ve been teaching inclusion for 5 years so I’m still a newb, but a first year coworker of mine said she got points off on her observation because her kids were scattered in the classroom and she was having to move from kid to kid to assist. While I see the point of putting them together for convenience, I don’t agree with this at all! To me this is like singling them out by putting them all together instead of INCLUDED amongst peers. I had offer from company A and B. A was offering only 22% hike on my CTC but copany B was offering 30% hike on CTC. After accepting the offer from company A and just before 20 days of LWD I asked for making it to 30% hike. I have been offered 15000 PLN monthly gross with luxoft poland. Can anyone suggest after paying taxes how much I can expect in hand monthly. Also I have offer from hcl 14lpa and baker hughes and I have not negotiated offer with any of them. YOE - 3.5yrs. Also my notice period ending next month 8th July. Can anyone suggest what should I prefer?
