I currently work as a business analyst at Barclays, current fixed pay 20L (YoE= 5). I got an offer from EY-GDS Pune pf 24 L fixed as Senior Consultant 3.

Wanted to understand if this can be negotiated more. Also if you can help me how's the work life balance and quality of work in EY GDS Pune.

Is Infosys has some policy of 70% in 12th and graduation for experiance candidate also?

I got variable pay of 1 lack, two times after April's appraisal (so total 2 lack). I didn't had variable component mentioned in offer letter, but it was showing up in hr portal. Now payroll people are calling me and asking me to return the 1 lack saying it was done by mistake. What should I do?

hi all, currently have two offers:

1: EY - FDD, home city, very good $$ for FDD

2: PwC - post-merger integration, DDV team (essentially M&A Consulting) - bigger city, always been keen to move

Coming as a Senior in Audit, with recent FDD exposure (2 deals, obviously not much). I was looking for something more than just number crunching, wanting a mix of quant / quali / strategic work. M&A Advisory or a Corp Strategy role is where I'm looking to end up long term.
