1. Deloitte USI - 20 fixed + 10% bonus + 2 joining bonus + 1.25 yearly perks (gratuity, medical, reimbursements)
2. Fiserv - 27 fixed + 1 joining
3. Coforge - 25 fixed inclusive 5% variable+ 1 joining
4. Parkar Digital (small 7 years old company)- 26 fixed

YOE - 7.5 years
Tech stack - Java + Mulesoft

Fiserv hiring for their service based line only and not product based. Kindly suggest.

I have cleared all the technical rounds in HCL and now HR mailed me that they will call for further process.

My LWD is 2nd sep , could anyone please let me know if HCL would be able to close the process by then .

How long does it take for PwC to send out rejection email? I interviewed with the team like a month ago, the recruiter called me the next day and told me that congrats, everyone likes me and told that they were working on my official offer. 3 weeks later, nothing. Deloitte USI
Pros: Good work culture, Varied Type of Projects, Exposure to US markets
Cons: Kind of back end work sometimes

EY-Parthenon:
Pros: India Market, Strong Clients in India (both corporates and start-ups), Front End
Cons: Heard culture isn't great, Not that much variety in projects

EY-P is offering same fixed salary :(

Want to get a sense check. Typical English firm salaries in London are about 70% Cravath (unless you're at one of the US firms that benchmarks to Cravath scale offices). 2PQE is around 165k USD + 30k bonus assuming 1800 billables. So comparing at a firm where you roughly bill 1900-2000 a year, you lose out, but if you bill 2200+, that's comparable?

Thinking aloud here - if you can find that 2000-billing firm, no sense staying in that payscale unless you have a shot at equity?

how many days does it generally takes for a company to come back with a revised offer ? I had an offer letter received on thursday 21st and i asked for a 10% increase which the Hr agreed and said will be giving the updated letter in a week.

I have got an offer for Malaysia from HTC Global for 42 LPA in Indian currency. I have got an offer from alstom, Bangalore in hand as well for 27 LPA. I think if I get an offer in India for around 32-35 LPA, i should prefer staying in India but I need 1-2 months of time to be in that position. HTC is pushing for sending passport as they need to get it stamped. Any suggestions from anyone on how to handle this scenario?
