Birlasoft - 25L agreed on initial call. HR round pending.
Tech:Mainframe, YOE: 11.5
15 days notice left.
TCS asking for joining confirmation within 3 days.
Is it worth rejecting TCS, for 10% more package from birlasoft.
TCS better on:
Health insurance
More Yearly leaves
No relocation
No shifts
Birlasoft better on:
More package
May get joining bonus.
Help me decide which one to choose?

Hey Fishes, hope you are well. I had joined Deloitte USI just last week and today i received a better offer from Morgan Stanley. I want to join the Morgan Stanley, so could you please help me know how the process of resignation works for an employee who has just completed 1 week at Deloitte. Will i face any challenges and would I be asked to serve entire 60 days notice?

Shift pattern depends on the project and client. WFH as of now, will move to Hybrid model soon (3 days in office, 2 days Wfh).

Well I would beg to differ.
If you have the choice please do not join Cognizant.
It's not just about the money or work. The employee structure is skewed here. There are no direct HRs. You do not have any clarity on the policies. The managers are well just managers not willing to listen to you.
I got stuck up here recently and looking to get out.
So if you take anything from me, try anywhere else other than here.
Hope you are not aware of any policies. Ping me if need any clarity. Don't blame Cognizant for this at least.😀
