I required one advice , i have 4 year experience with 3 job switch. And currently my package is 7.25 lpa . And i sometimes feels low for my package.

Is it good for long term goal to do next switch now or i have to wait for 1year to job switch .

Today a pwc India guy offered me 10.2 lpa. My current is 10 and i have an offer of 15lpa. His logic was we are big4. We cannot compare the offers from service based companies. I don't know how such attitude will survive in such a competitive market. He tells me that pwc has a great wlb😂
